Press Release Body = The film ITALIAN AMERICANS AND FEDERAL HILL is in the final
stages of postproduction. Seven Fishes Productions LLC will be premiering the film
on September 29th and 30th, 2006 at the Columbus Theater, 270 Broadway in the
Federal Hill neighborhood of Providence, Rhode Island.

The documentary film is the result of a five year effort to document the history and
cultural evolution of Italian Americans in Rhode Island\'s \"Little Italy,\" Federal
Hill.

\"Politicians, priests, entrepreneurs and others discuss their families, experiences,
and the evolution of the culture,\" according to producer Jon Raben, \"It is a frank,
heart warming and introspective film.\" Numerous people were interviewed for the
film. Mr. Raben\'s goal was to capture the Italian American experience on Federal
Hill.

The film depicts a determined population who survived and prospered through
education, hard work and community involvement. \"As the population changed so did
the neighborhood. Even during the filming, changes occurred that we were able to
document,\" according to Mr. Raben.

\"Federal Hill was once a bustling enclave of cold water flats, peddlers and
non-English speaking Italians. Today it is a destination for upscale markets and
restaurants. The film documents today\'s changing population as history repeats
itself,\" said Mr. Raben. \"Recent immigrants from other cultures are slowly
displacing the Italians on Federal Hill.\"

ITALIAN AMERICANS AND FEDERAL HILL was shot on location in the Federal Hill
neighborhood. \"The viewer is drawn into the restaurants, social clubs, churches and
streets of Federal Hill,\" Mr. Raben said, \"Everyone opened their doors for us, it\'s
a friendly place.\"
